Official Rules — Splash Laundry Monthly Giveaway

Please read these official rules carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Sponsor

The Splash Laundry Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Splash Laundry (the "Sponsor"), 6593 E Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

2. No Purchase or Review Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or leaving a Google review does not improve your chances of winning. Nothing of any kind is required to enter or win beyond submitting a single valid entry as described below.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in the State of Ohio and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Splash Laundry and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs in separate monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of that same calendar month. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next; a new entry is required each month you wish to participate.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry form at splashlaundry.com/win during an entry period. Limit one entry per person per calendar month. This limit is enforced on both your email address and your phone number, and any additional, duplicate, or automated entries will be void.

6. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded for each monthly entry period: a $500 Splash Laundry card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $500. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

8. Winner Selection

The winner for each entry period is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the prior calendar month. The drawing takes place on the first business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) of the following month, using a cryptographically secure random process. A written audit record of each drawing is retained.

9. Notification & Verification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided with their entry. A potential winner has seven (7) days from the date of first notification to respond and verify eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may disqualify that entry and draw an alternate winner. The Sponsor may require verification of identity and compliance with these rules before awarding any prize.

10. Publicity

With the winner's consent, the Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial in connection with the Giveaway.

11. Reviews

Leaving a Google review is entirely optional. It is never a condition of entry and has no effect on your odds of winning. Whether or not you leave a review, and whatever a review may say, has no bearing on the Giveaway.

12. Disqualification

Fraudulent, duplicate, automated, incomplete, or abusive entries are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

13. Privacy & Consent

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Email and SMS marketing opt-ins are optional and are never required to enter. If you choose to opt in, your consent is recorded with a timestamp and IP address. You may revoke marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to any text message.

14. Taxes; Release; Limitation of Liability; Governing Law; Contact

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for any technical or network malfunctions. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
